I'm trying to help my brother's boss fix an Eimco 911. It's an old underground articulating front loader. The pivot pin for the rear axle was never greased. So it has all kinds of slop because it's worn out in the center, but it looks like it is seized to the bushings at the ends.
Nov 05, 2012· I use synthetic grease with moly. Water doesn't wash it out and it stays where you put it. My loader tractor gets used almost every day and I only have to grease it 4 or 5 times a year. There is a difference in grease and you get what you pay for. The cost of one pin will pay for a case of good grease.
Jul 08, 2013· According to the loader operating manual, the polyurea is the "preferred" grease for loader pins. It doesn't dry out like moly. The corn head grease turns to fluid easy. It is very good for gear boxes that require grease. It would probably be great for that old post hole digger that you have.
