I have a 3514 with the same 14 ft hoe. The hoe alone weighs over 3500lB. The 3500 series tractor (with loader but no hoe) weighs a bit over 7000lB. Your 3400 series tractor (without the hoe) would need to weigh under 5500lB to give you a total of less than 9000lB for the tractor and hoe. A 5500lB tractor would would be quite light for that hoe.
